What is EBSCO?

Answer

EBSCO is a provider of information databases. The Library subscribes to multiple databases from EBSCO.  CINAHL, Academic Search Premier, Health Business Elite, and Medline Complete are all EBSCO databases.

Each of the EBSCO databases covers a different subject, so depending on what information you need, some article databases will be more useful than others. CINAHL, for example, contains nursing journals. Academic Search Premier is a multidisciplinary database that covers the social sciences, humanities, etc. Below each database title is a description of the subject of the database. You can search all the EBSCO databases at the same time by using EBSCO single search. (link below).  See the linked tutorial for additional information.
